Sport activities
It's well known that jobs at the port are very strenuous. Therefore workers on crane, forklift truck drivers and workers on port-transport activities have some benefits.
Special attention is paid on The Danube Port's employees' health and sports activities.
Sports-recreation section was founded in 1997,which is successful in 10 sports: small soccer, chess, table tennis, tug of war, volleyball, sport's shooting, fishing, swimming, bowling and darts. Members of Sports-recreation section take part in workers' contests at the county level, as well as in the port workers' games that's being held annually.
This year the port and quay workers' meeting was held at hotel Lepenski Vir in Donji Milanovac . The Port Danube team took 3.place in overall standing. <read the report>
